I've been wanting to be an event organizer, but I want to focus on parties and.. weddings! I took an event organization class back in senior college, and I learned a lot from it. I knew what kind of events I really want to do, and I need to learn more by exposing myself in events. As for the wedding, I think many of us women have broad imagination in thinking about wedding ideas since we dream of having them on one special day. <3 Nowadays, there are a lot of wedding ideas pinned at pinterest, but there's too much idea and you just need the main concept, where as there were adventurous or beach themed, traditional church wedding, or just playful garden wedding. And for me, I want this to happen in the High Gardens of Westeros. Yes, I am a fan of GoT and here's my dream GoT themed wedding!
(To my future husband,
This is just a suggestion of my dream wedding. I know you want to give me the best and the grandest, but what's going to make this day special is our exchange of vows and future dreams for each other, together forever. In God's time, we'll be ready when we're ready.)

Since this is a detailed theme, there should have tons of preparations to do. And I'll start from generals to specifics.
1. Invitations and Guestlist
I am not really sure how am I going to organize this by family members. What if I offended those who got the Lannisters' table? So this might cause trouble (haha!). There's should be something that could work things out. As girl with big (extended) family, I expect to have a lot of guests. But as much as possible, I want to lessen the crowd. It's not that I hate them or whatever. The event is for me and my future husband, and I want people who'll be there are the ones who made us stronger together, and helped us through thick and thin.
2. Venue
I wanted to have the traditional church wedding because the spirit of the sacrament is so solemn inside the church. I've been to a few weddings, as a guest or a bridesmaid. The recent weddings I've attended made me cry, imagining myself in front of the altar with my S.O. It's mixture of romantic, intimate, passionate, and just magical. And so after the church wedding would be the reception, there the GoT vibe could be felt more. I want the big open spaces for fresh air and all. Of course, I have to think of plan B for open spaces in case the rain starts to fall.
3. Cakes
I've seen a lot of cakes through the internet and these two speaks to me. Very simple yet detailed. Though I wanted to have a bride and groom miniature at the top like the usual but with a twist. I'll think of something soon.
4. Centerpieces
Treat your centerpiece like your alter thing or your symbol of love. Most people would have flowers as centerpieces, but some varies depending on the jars being used, and the floral arrangement. I first fell in love with the dry rose above as it could describe my relationship with my S.O. now. We don't post our date nights in social media or showing off our affection online, so I guess people would thought out relationship would be dry. But it's just what people think. What we feel for each other is invisibly amazing in the eyes of others, and that's what really matters.
For the table set up, the third photo would be great without the names. I think guests should choose the seat (at the table their assigned to). It's like a first come first served basis but more organized. hehehe And less shimmering golden plates for I think their too grand for me. Just clean white plates and silver utensils.

4. For the Entourage
As we're about to be a king and queen for a day, it's good to know we have people on our side. Like for my king, his best man would wear the "Hand of the King" pin. And for my handmaidens (a.k.a. Bridesmaids), I give them my little dragon egg necklaces. For the sponsors, I would give them wines just like in GoT, because wines are great (what). I added the seven kingdom's bookmarks to give away to the guests for them to remember that day, and which house they belonged to. heheheh
5. The Bride and The Groom
I'm not used to wearing cosmetics but ever since I got work and noticed I am starting to get old, I tried to learn easy make up tricks on me just to look fresh at the end of a stressful day. Some noticed the changed and I liked it. But I refrained myself from being used to wearing make up because I want to be totally/ beautifully different on my wedding day. Naks! But of course, I should always be fresh everyday. That's just that.
Alongside is my wedding gown, in which I am kind of torn apart. Both gowns are pretty but I liked the second one more. It's like little red riding hood, just white. hahahaha! I liked it because there's a balance of being sexy and conservative. Plus, I want my good friend and Mare, K. Licerio to design the gown for me. I'm so excited by this!
And lastly,
I am pretty sure that my 'King' would just wear the usual suit and tie, but he should have the three headed pin, so he'll be like the father of dragons. Haha! I don't want to make him wear like Joffrey in the purple wedding. The theme is a GoT wedding but I don't want to lose ourselves and transform everything to be in GoT. I am just amazed with the details and I want to instill our personal taste with the wedding.
